If this is the problem, the SP2 needs just a small tweak. Thanks for any additional assistance. I don't remember what the error is, something about driver64 or something. I know this is not a Sprint issue nor is it an issue with my Sierra Wireless Compass, so I'm thinking some security update hinders windows hardware discovery or some such.
I had to use windows restore to uninstall the service pack so I can acces this site. After work today, if it would be helpful, I can reinstall the update and write down the error during Sprint Smartview setup.
