As soon as I logged in, the client began its fullscreen mode to access the game. But here's the kicker. They didn't really have any technical support staff to ask, just technically supportive volunteers. My guess from other people's reaction is that this was a recently new problem with the game. It hasn't affected the players who were already playing, but it was definitely blockading any new players from playing. So, I tried to fix it myself, checking the minimum requirements to play the game, asking around if anything in my program file for the game was missing, and even downloaded all these programs to 'cleanse' my pc of anything that might block my ambition of playing the game.
